This is a choice between winning London and losing for a fourth time in a row. We will not win by doing what we've always done and saying what we've always said.

London should be the greatest city on earth. After ten years of Sadiq Khan, it has been allowed to shrink.

Crime

£1.1 billion has been lost to fare dodging under Sadiq Khan. I will put police on the ticket gates. Dodge your fare and you will be arrested.

Building

Last year, work started on just 5,000 new homes. I will cut Khan's 500-page London Plan to 30 pages and get London building again.

Leisure

Londoners pay 20% VAT on a gym membership, and on a pint brewed in London. I will cut VAT for gyms and London's independent brewers.

I've lived in London for the last 35 years. I've built a business here. I'm raising my family here. London's problems are not inevitable. We just need a Mayor brave enough to fix them.
